We Have been lucky

Today a lovely lady has loaned us the money for a mortgage payment to keep us going until we sell our house. She doesn't have a lot of money so it really was a great act of kindness and we feel terrible having to accept the money from someone who is not rich. We say thankyou to her publicly and privately as she wishes to stay anonymous. A gasp of releif for one more month we nearly fell of the abyss and she has saved us.

You have just experienced a fact of life. It's the poor who help the poor, often $1 at a time.

We hope the anonymous lady receives a special blessing for her generosity.

And we're still hopeful for good things to happen for you.

Realistically - and sadly - Jan is correct -

Too many that have don't loosen their grasp on their monies - even though only a wee portion of what they have would go SO far with others -

One day we can only hope they realise how small they are -

Please pass along our thanks to your special benefactor -

Hooray for the lovely lady! Very happy that you have a bit of breathing room until the house can sell.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend!
